My
system seem to show extremely strange CPU temperature
under Hardware Monitor in BIOS.
Does this mean my motherboard is damaged, and need to be
send out for repair?

Please kindly update your BIOS
to version 0504 or later, and ensure DIMM slot A1 has
been occupied to enable Intel Quiet System Technology,
to fix this problem.
*Please set service mode
Jumper to 2-3 during Bios update or unplug Memory from
DIMM Slot A1, remember to set back the service mode
Jumper to 1-2 after Bios update and plug Memory Back to
DIMM Slot A1 or you will receive an error message.
